1. Website owner

2. Website information

The information on this website is provided to describe our services. It does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee or professional advice. A service engagement begins only when the parties approve a separate written proposal or agreement.

3. Packages, pricing and subscriptions

Displayed package prices are indicative starting points, exclude VAT where applicable and depend on confirmed scope. Integrations, delivery dates, support limits, recurring services and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Selecting a package or booking a call does not create a purchase obligation.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice. If a signed agreement specifies a fixed minimum term, the client remains responsible for the agreed fees until that term ends, unless the agreement or applicable law states otherwise.

4. Deposits and refunds

Where a deposit is agreed, it is requested only after the scope, delivery plan and payment terms have been confirmed in writing. The deposit reserves build capacity and covers initial project work. Any refund terms, including circumstances in which a deposit may be refundable, are stated in the signed proposal or agreement before payment is made.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content, branding and original materials on this website belong to Undisputed Dynamics. They may not be copied, republished or commercially used without prior written permission.

6. Third-party services

This website links to services including Setmore, Stripe, Gmail and Instagram. We are not responsible for the availability, security or terms of independent third-party platforms.

7. Liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, Undisputed Dynamics is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information or by third-party services. Contract-specific liability is governed by the separate client agreement.

8. Governing law

These website terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
